You must be at least 18 years old to receive a Tattoo in the state of Illinois. 

No Exceptions!

You must bring a valid state issued photo ID with you to your appointment!

Please wear appropriate clothing for the tattoo you are planning to receive!

We recommend eating a large meal before hand and bringing a bottle of water with you to your appointment!  

We ask that you NOT bring guests to your tattoo appointment!

Due to the nature of bodyart; we do not offer refunds on any services provided here at The Golden Finch. 

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment time. 

Deposits are not refundable for any reason.

In addition to completing a multi year Apprenticeship, every Artist and Staff Member here at The Golden Finch has passed a thorough Criminal Background Check, are certified in Bloodborne Pathogens Containment and receive updated OSHA accredited training every year! 

Every tattoo here at The Golden Finch is created with needles, inks, stencils and supplies that are PrePackaged, Sterile, Single Use and designed specifically for Body Art! 

All of our disinfectants are hospital grade and registered by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Pesticide Regulation to eliminate the presence of disease-causing microorganisms including the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and Hepatitis B virus!
